About Me
My name is Andy Archer (LPCC). I have a Master's degree in Counseling from CU Denver and a BA from Wake Forest University. I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication challenges, and conflict.
At the core of my work is a belief in the power of human connection. My approach is grounded in non-judgment, authenticity, and collaboration (and sometimes even a little humor). Whether we’re navigating the complexities of your inner-world or the dynamics of a relationship, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create paths forward that feel true to who you are and what you value most.
My Approach
My approach to therapy focuses on:
Awareness: Increase awareness of patterns, fears, impact of past relational wounds, and self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that may be holding you back.
Clarity: Gain clarity on what’s truly important to you and the changes you want to see in your life and relationships.
Action: We’ll work together to identify and apply the tools and strategies that genuinely resonate with you—because you are the expert on your own life—and take purposeful steps toward the changes you want to create.
